My consultant was really nice and did answer my questions, which made me feel a bit more at ease when we finally connected. The only thing that got a little frustrating was waiting around for replies sometimes. On a good day I didn’t mind too much, but when I was already stressed, the slow follow-up felt annoying. Overall, it was okay, supportive, but not exactly impressive.

The prices seemed fair for what I ended up getting. I was a little impatient waiting for the order to show up, but it arrived fine and everything looks like decent quality so far. It’s not the absolute cheapest place out there, but I do feel like I got my money’s worth

I ordered from Neora and, i kind of expected the checkout to work like most other sites where you just find your item, add it to the cart, and move through payment. That’s pretty much how it went. The pages loaded without acting up, I didn’t have to go back and re-enter anything, and the payment went through on the first try. I also got the order confirmation right away, which is always a good sign. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience

The box showed up a little dented, which was kind of disappointing. Luckily, everything inside was in good shape and the products themselves were fine. So overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just expected the packing to be a bit more secure.
